Books by Filipino Authors Read in 2016
In 2010, when I was still a book blogger, I decided to actively read Filipino-authored books. Back then, it was a bit of a challenge to get up to 20 titles, but I did it, and continued to do it the next years. Six years later, I found it was easier to do it because most of the books I have access to and the ones I actually want to read were written by fellow authors.
I know that it’s not always the case for other people, because we are still discovering people who are just discovering us and our books as well. So if you’re one of those wondering if there are English books written by Filipino authors — especially romance — here’s a list for you. 😀 Links lead to their Amazon pages, whenever available!

That’s 30 out of the 37 books I read this year, which tells me maybe I should also go read books by other authors, and other genres. Haha. This is not an exhaustive list of all the books out there, of course! And there are more to come in 2017! 🙂
